It exfoliates well with a medium-grit scrub that dissolves into a silky liquid on your skin. My skin feels soft and clean afterwards. I wouldn't say that the smell lingers on your skin too long afterwards- it is more about the experience of using it in the shower or bath. The tub is a good size for the price- you basically have to reach in with your fingers and scoop some scrub out which can be kind of akward if you have a small shower- you might have to turn off the water for a minute to avoid getting water in the container. I wouldn't say this is an everyday product- as incredible as it smells I think it would be a shame to use it everyday and get used to it. I use this about once a week when I want to really indulge myself and enjoy a hot, steamy, chocolatey shower. Good exfoliation though, it doesn't melt as quickly as alba botanica sugar scrub (that one is very moisturizing~) and it has nice strong chocolate scent, keep smelling it all the way you shower!!! The warming effect disappears in seconds so it makes no difference. It's been fairly difficult to find, so I'm happy to find it here, especially when it's on sale! I love this product because it's all-natural and has such a rich chocolate scent, you will seriously want to eat it!! It's really heavenly! It's not a sweet frosting smell like some other chocolate-scented products... it smells like hot chocolate or like a fantastic dark chocolate bar. So yummy!! The product has an amazing consistency and great scrubbing-quality. It doesn't have that layer of oil like many other scrubs have. It has more of a gel-like consistency but the scrubbies are all evenly distributed and it feels great on your skin.
