You only need a little bit and it goes a long way. I can easily comb through my wet hair after applying to completely saturate my hair, then I let it sit in my hair for a few minutes before rinsing out. I'd recommend this to anyone with really thick hair, or curly/wavy hair. Excellent product I will be back for more of!

It is great for overprocessed or bleached hair. It didn't make my hair hard and it is great. one tip about giovanni products is that is has a lot of protein, so if you are protein sensitive, this may not be for you.

It's not a life changing situation, but it does make my hair smoother and more manageable (especially in humid weather) without making it greasy or weighing it down.
