I have been using this product for 10 years, prior to discovering the product I suffered from frequent acne break outs, Now I never do. The product is excellent.
This last order has been very disappointing, I received the product in April 2013 with a March 2013 expiration date. Drugstore.com was very apologetic and gave me a refund, but was not able to quickly send me a replacement. Apparently there is a problem in there warehouse because a friend also order the same product twice, and twice received expired product.
If the product was received fresh, my rating would be 5 stars.
PM USAGE & DIRECTIONS: Shake well before using. Wash face with GlyDerm Gentle Face Cleanser. Apply GlyDerm Face Lotion Plus 10 sparingly at night. Leave first application on 2 hours, then wash off with GlyDerm Gentle Face Cleanser. If no irritation occurs within 24 hours, you may leave GlyDerm Face Lotion Plus 10 on overnight. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
