I have been using Glysomed Hand Cream for a number of years. Unfortunately, I can't find it in any stores locally so I'm glad that I can purchase this product from Drugstore.com. I work with my hands and they are always in water and detergents so I need a good handcream that will protect my skin. Glysomed is the only product I have used that really coats and protects my skin without leaving an oily or greasy residue. I also like the fact that Glysomed does not have a strong perfume scent. Good for both men and women. I keep tubes of this product in my car, coat pocket and by the employee wash-up sink. Very convenient to use and a good value because a little handcream goes a long way and is long-lasting on the skin in between uses.

I use this product at bedtime and before I go out for the day. I have tried all kinds of creams and this, by far, works the best.

Over the years I've tried scores of hand creams and lotions. My hands would get so bad that they would crack and bleed, although over the past couple of years they would mainly get very dry despite all the lotions I'd put on. I recently took a picture of some of the lotions I had on hand (pun intended) intended) - there were 18 different brands I had in different cabinets around the house. Based on recommendations from the Blistex company (does Blistex make Glysomed?) I tried Glysomed, and I'm glad I did. First of all, just use a little. I have the non-scented tube, and the green container. I find that I don't have to use it as often as other creams and my hands stay silky smooth longer. And, I mean silky smooth. My fingertips stay smooth for a long time, and not greasy. There are many other products that I like in the picture I've attached but Glysomed will be one of the first I reach for.

I suffer from occasional contact dermatitis, so needed a product that does not add to the issue. Glysomed meets that requirement, but that said - it does not seem to truly moisturize, but does relieve dry skin. I find myself using a lotion, then apply the Glysomed over the top to seal in the moisture. Need to check the rest of the Glysomed line, perhaps they have a product that meets my needs more accurately.

This is a great hand cream. It might be a good all over body cream too....haven't tried that :) but feel like I should it works so great on my hands! The non scent beats out the smell of the scented one hands down.

Try it you won't be disappointed! I tried it based on all the positive reviews and have shared w/ co-workers. We wash our hands a lot so need something that moisturizes. This is it!

I discovered this hand cream while in Canada .When I returned home I searched the internet for the product after finding that it is not carried in the stores in So California.
I have extremely dry skin and have tried every cream and lotion on the market. I have ordered this over and over again and it is the BEST !

This is the best hand cream I've ever found. It absorbs quickly and lasts a long time. My hands get very dry in the winter, and this is the one thing that really works. When my local store quit carrying it, I was devastated. For a while I had a friend in Canada buying it and shipping it to me. But when she moved, I was out of luck! Thankfully I found it here on Drugstore.com and now I have happy hands again!

Read reviews of this product and the greasy comments made me skeptical, but I ordered it. This lotion is so moisturizing that you only need a small amount. It stays on through hand washings. A pea size amount is all that is needed.

I bought this product based on the rave reviews here. Sadly, this product is just too greasy to be used as a hand cream. I am not sure why people are so enthusiastic about this cream, compared to the alternatives this is a poor option.
