I am very careful about the ingredients and check all my supplements with Consumer's Lab (a site that independently tests for quality). This was one of the well-recommended products from that site and I have used it for quite some time now. Of course, there is never any telling if a supplement is truly working for you, except that you notice that you don't feel as "well" when you don't take it. That has been the case for me, so I feel that it does its job, mainly boosting energy and promoting a general sense of wellness. VS Most Liked Negative Review can this cause belching? I haven't noticed any effects on my energy or other areas noted for being effected by B vitamins, but I will continue taking this supplement as it is good for my health and not causing me any side effects. At first I couldn't see any difference when using this product, so I finished my bottle and didn't reorder. After a few days without it I DID notice a decrease in my energy levels so I reordered to see if the B complex was the difference, and it is! Pros
