Make sure you do some research on the calcium before you use it. Calcium carbonate is used in concrete as a binder...not good!

For those that have trouble completely digesting larger pills these are wonderful. They are easy to swallow, digest completely, and cause no stomach or problems

I am always looking for a good source of Calcium, but would not buy this product again. The capsules are too large and hard to swallow -- and you have to take 2 of them! If swallowing is a problem for you, I would not recommend this product.

Even though this is a large capsule it is easy to swallow because it is a soft gel. I don't care for milk so this is a great way for me to get calcium.
