I reviewed the "best" calcium supplements on the market and this was one of them. I found that they are smaller than the other 1000 mg pills I have taken and they have Calcium, Magnesium and Vitamin D. I will be using these from now on, they have everything I need and are a smaller pill! YAY

My doctor suggested that I take calcium, magnesium and D3, so having that all in one pill is really convenient. But they are quite large - and even cut in half were a little hard to swallow.
