When I read wafer I was thinking a thin disk, sure it was going to be wide - but I didnt expect the THICKNESS of this thing! It is a good quarter inch thick. It is chalky and hard to eat. The cherry flavor is okay, I can choke it down but I am really disappointed with the "wafer" description. I would say it is a chewable tablet. I doubt I will finish them, even with the price I paid. I will be trying the easy to swallow pills from other brands.

When a muscle spasm comes in my jaw or back, I take a wafer which I always keep at home and in my purse. The vitamin D is a great plus because I don't get outdoors as much as I should. The taste is great, as it tastes a very mild cherry flavor.

I like that it has several forms of calcium, it's not just like Tums, like many of them. The taste is okay, I am not thrilled about cherry, but it is tolerable. I was surprised at how big the wafers are, but overall they are tolerable & I hate swallowing pills so I prefer these.
