I use the lower-dose 100mg because I actually munch these as snacks! That way I'm getting my dosage through the day -- much more effective than a single high dose. And delicious!

The taste and consistency reminds me of Sweetarts, which makes it easy to remember to boost my C intake. Kids would readily take it. I pop several a day. I think that is better for the digestion and absorption than taking one megadose. I have used it for years.
