Im a diabetic type 2. Before using this I needed 45 mg of
Actos. After 2 mos of use I was abled to have my dose
lowered to 15 mg. The doctor told me to stay on it. I used
to be on 200 but am now taking 400 in hopes to help it more.

It also aids me in lowering my weight but you still have to
watch what you eat.......this just helps me metabolize it
better.

I am a retired RN so I read up on these things and
discuss them with my doctor - as should all that take
these things.
