My father was having a lot of joint pain everyday. I decided to investigate on the web what would be good for that. I came across the Mayo Clinic's site where they rate different natural remedies and they rated this high.

He took it the first night and within hours he was feeling "pain free!" and that has continued the last few days!

I'm thrilled with this product! He looks and feels much better now!

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I take 2 per day for knees ...this works..almost all studies have used glucosamine sulfate..not glucosamine HCI..which most supplements contain...this is easy on my sensitive stomach (no junk) and works !
