I have idiopathic swelling in my hands and feet and horse chestnut keeps it under control. If I stop for any time, my feet and ankles swell and I immediately get back on. After taking this consistently for a month, my legs no longer ache. I also have a feeling that I will not get as many new spider veins as I would if I was not taking this product. I began taking this herb at night before bed and I am very pleased with the results. It definitely does support blood flow in the lower extremities. My legs don't hurt at night anymore.
