This is a great product to relax and sleep. I suffer from a serious anxiety disorder and use it to fall asleep. I sometimes take one during the day to help with anxiety. It doesn't work as good as a prescription medication but it helps. I have ordered this many times and think it is great!

I took these pills two nights in a row. I noticed the smell stayed on my hands and felt my breathe smelling like the pills even after brushing and using mouth wash. I didn't notice if it worked on those two day of use, I fell asleep at the same time as usual.
