I take 2 in the morning and 1 early evening every day for last 2 years consistently. It does help overall with stabizing my mood. Years ago was taking a lot of antidepressent medication and went cold turkey on it all. Stayed away from all drug treatments and find that now taking St John's Wort is all I really need plus Esther C, Complex B, and over 50s men multivitamin/mineral pack.

I use this everyday because I didn't like the side effects of depression medications. This doesn't have side effects like the prescriptions do, and I can notice the difference in my mood. If I don't take it for a day or so, I start feeling crabby, lazy, etc. I highly recommend it!

Great vegetarian supplement. Vegetarian capsules are VERY hard to find, Most capsules are made of gelatin but these are made with vegetable cellulose. Very effective-would highly recommend.

Bought the GNC St Johns Wort because I had had great results with New Chapter Mood Take care and wanted a cheaper version. However, I think you get what you pay for. I couldnt feel any positive effects from taking this and quickly switched back to Mood Take Care which is more concentrated and works great for me.
