I've been taking 1000mg of arginine daily for about 6 months now, I take it for its usage in heart health and also to increase bloodflow, helps me achieve a more intense pump when working out and also gives you a nice boost in the bedroom.

I saw a nobel prize winning heart specialist on TV and he recommended two products (supplements) L-Arginine and L-Cystene for heart health. He also swore by statin drugs as being one of the best discoveries in heart health medicine and said he takes a statin even though he does not have heart problems. I would not tell anyone to take any medication of supplement or even recommend it. I would just ask them to look into a product and consult their doctor as well.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
