These pills are, well capsules really, are very easy to take. I use them for palpitations (irregular heartbeat) and they work wonderfully. One capsule a day is all I need. The capsules are on the large side and they float in your mouth with liquid but I haven't had a problem swallowing them, and I would like to say much easier to swallow than the chalky pills I was taking. This product ensure I have regular movements and a lot less expensive than the products specifically designed for 'regularity' or a 'softener'. Our family MD recommended this supplement to a younger male member---and the rest of us have been using it ever sense. Comments about GNC Magnesium 500, Capsules, 120 ea: My daughter has to take Magnesium for her migraines and most magnesium pills are huge and pasty and hard to swallow. Some even dissolve before being swallowed. These pills are the best. Easy to swallow even though they are still a big size. Will buy these all the time.
