After using other melatonin products I have determined that GNC is the most effective. I have not used it, as Dr. Weil suggests, to reset my diurnal cycle but it could do that. Instead I use it to get to sleep faster and for better quality sleep. My yardstick for that is the intensification and remembering of dreams. GNC is best at doing just that, other products are not.
