I had pain in my knees,and flexability was poor. After using this along with NOW Hyaluronic Acid 100mg, I notice that the morning pain has gone away, and I am able to bend at the knees more with less support (not completely). I can go the whole day of strenuous stooping and bending and not be in pain at the end. Which is why I started this regiment. I have been using this for the past three weeks.
