Whether you like it by the teaspoon-full or tablets, vinegar helps put out the fire "down below" in the stomach & throat. I asked at a drug store where they keep their apple cider vinegar tablets, and even the pharmacist looked at me like I was crazy. The manager walked me all over to see if they had it, and I told him how and why the vinegar does more to help with heart burn and so-called acid stomach than all the high-priced, flavored tablets or liquids he carried. This product effectively puts out the flames and settles my stomach faster, cheaper, better. Thank goodness for drugstore.com!

Right after I started taking this I got a pain in my abdomen. It lasted a couple of hours then went away. I took it for several days to see if was better than the liquid. Each time it seemed to get stuck in my abdoment causing me stomach pain. After the 2nd day I got constapated. I stopped taking it after 4 days. All symptom went away.
I went back the liquid sweeting it with stevia and sipping it through out the day. Works a whole lot better for me. Threw the pills away.

I have hereditary gout. Seemed like every Fall and Spring I would have an attack, which would last about ten days; sometimes the affects would linger for weeks. Black Cherry Concentrate helped at first, but after several months gave no relief, so I tried the Apple Cider Vinegar (knock on wood) and I haven't had a gout attack since I started taking it, that was over a year ago.

I was 150 pounds and gaining. Talking to a friend I tried the pills just to see what would I lose. They have helped me lose 10 pounds a 3% body fat. I am still taking them. I like the natural thing, nothing else seemed to work for me. It has helped me curb my eating, which helps a great deal. I'm glad I tried them.
