On my chirporactor's recommendation I started taking Bromelain and Glucosomine for arthritis in my feet. It's been about a month taking both and my foot pain and discomfort has greatly decreased. Not sure which one suppliment or the combination that's working but it is working and I'm going to keep taking both.

I saw bromelain recommended somewhere for osteoarthritis in my knees. I'd quit glucosamine and chondrohtin and the pain got bad so I tried bromelain. Pain improved right away. A few times I've run out and the pain returns. At least I know I can start taking bromelain everyday again and it will help, and I hear it is good for your health in general to boot!

Bromelain helps keep dancing. I don't like medications and this works for me without taking anything else.

i take 2 in the am and 2 in the pm. have not used my inhaler for years. took away the inflamation away from my back pain ... no more steriod shots for over 1 year. (shots were 1-2 week)

I tried this to help manage headaches, and I think it does help - along with other supplements like magnesium and B vitamins.
