This package of ground flax seed is a great value compared to the small packages you can get at the supermarket for twice as much. The actual taste of flax seed is not great but this ground flax seed is easy to hide in recipes.

These flax seeds are ready to use. Just sprinkle on your cereal, add to muffins, etc. They provide some of he Omega 3's that we need and keep fresh in the freezer until used. I continue to order these.

I recommend this product be taken daily. It's great for older people. It keeps everything moving freely, while getting the nutrients that you need from it.

The drawback is I feel gassy afterwards for about an hour
