I bought this one for my mom and aunt who both have problems with their eyes. Their doctor recommended Lutein capsules. And this GNC Lutein capsule is one of the few which contains lutein and Zeaxanthin only without other vitamins. They took separate vitamin pills so this product won't cause an over-dose of vitamins. To see results, you'll need to take it everyday. Because after all this is not a medicine.
