The papaya is all natural and it tastes good so the kids are willing to try it. I always have some in my purse - I'd be lost without it. I have found that the GNC brand has the best taste. They relieve the full feeling quickly. My three grandchilcren like them, too. I eat 4-5 tablets after my evenng meal. They help digest the food easier. I am not sure of the cause, but these do make me feel somewhat better usually. Very soothing and they taste great. I put some in a pill box and take them with me everywhere I go.
