For years I have always made it a point to have Papaya on hand. In fact, I keep a supply in my purse for use before eating out or eating at a friends house where you can't always control what types of ingredients are in the food served. Mainly I use this supplement as a preventative aid, and try to take them (4) an hour before I eat out. Don't usually use them at home unless I need to when eating something a little spicy etc. Highly recommend the usage of this supplement in a cost effect, more natural way of maintaining, and taking responsibility for my own health as much as possible. I use these Papaya tablets after supper and/or when I eat meat. These tablets taste fantastic and they are easy to take along when I go out to eat. My grandchildren eat them after a large meal, too. The youngest one (age 9) has been eating them for several years whenever she says she has a tummy ache. They quiet her stomach down and she feels better qucikly. I highly recommend them.

Natural is surely better! This is papaya and is what they use in meat tenderizors, so naturally it would be good for heart burn and stomach probs. It has a good taste, a little TOO good, you may eat too many of them if you have a sweet tooth like me. Which is probably why I have heart burn to begin with! LOL! I will take this instead of expensive Prylosec/Nexium and TUMS. Much better for you, and no side effects. I should have brought the more chewable tabs in the bottle version though. Next time...

I had a gastric bypass so I can eat only small amounts of certain food. But things happen... Sometimes I eat too much, sometimes I eat foods that don't digest well. I have Papaya Enzyme on my desk, in the kitchen, in the car and in my purse. It is one thing I never leave the home without. I recommend it to everyone.

These are chewable and taste like fruit candy. While I can't say for sure they are the reason, I take them every day and have had a lot less heartburn.

I have been taking papaya for years and this does taste good. It relieves indigestion and that full feeling. I am now ordering the larger bottle.
