I wouldn't take any other product for regularity. Psyllium is the best because it's natural and can be taken daily. Most deep colon cleanses use psyllium. I take 6 capsules at one time in a day and within a few hours I am using the bathroom. It does not make you excrete everything in your system and it is NOT a laxative.
