I only take 2 pills about once a day. I have noticed a change since I started using them. I think I'm going start taking the recommeded dosage of 2 pills 3x a day.

These are not colon cleansers. As they have very little to no effect at stimulating the system to release anything. I followed the directions at first. Taking two every few hours. I did not experience any changes. Next I took 6 at a time. Nothing significant occurred as well. Than I tried 9. I noticed a little stimulation. As time went on, I found these pills had no effect. However, I ate two apples one day and that worked the same day. I would not try this product again. I will eat more apples.
