Since starting with this (Shark cartlige) the pain in my knees has all but gone, no swelling, and it is easier to walk. I recommend it to everybody who tells me they have a joint problem.
I take GNC Shark Cartilage on a daily basis. This drug/supplement hasn't been FDA approved, but a lot of studies suggest that it helps build cartilage and it helps retain fluids in between joints, which, as a result, lessen joint pain. I also believe that the drug/supplement works if taken on a long term basis. I think it may have helped me a little.
