I bought spirulina product for my father when he received chemotherapy in 2003. Since then I keep buying spirulina for my parents. Now I shift to GNC spirulina which has great value (especially purchase it with Golden card). I take spirulina everyday since this year as well. I trust GNC brand and I think this is a great supplement to my family's health.

This works awesome for energy and appetite supression! I notice when I don't take this in a day....I can feel the difference. They offer it at a great price too. You take this pill once a day, so the 100 pills lasts a good long time.

This is a relatively good product -- it has no fishy taste. On the down side one would need to take 3 a day to achieve the recommended dosage. So I switched to the triple strength version. The triple strength version has a fishy taste but you can get around that by holding water in your mouth and holding your breath as you insert it into your mouth and swallow it.
