I am 30, and I was looking for something I could take at bedtime that would make it easier to go in the morning. This product helped stabilize my bowl movements to first thing in the morning, without the use of laxitives which I found unpredictable and sometimes too harsh. No yeast infections since I have been taking the product either. Its a little pricey compared to other laxitives, but if you add the cost of acidophilus it works out pretty even. Plus the big bottle lasts for 3 months.

I have had a colonoscopy every five years since I turned 55. I have had, in the past, problems with gentle stools. Until 9 years ago this was a life long problem. This product, plus plenty of water, daily yogurt, and a diet filled with whole grains, beans, and rice, have contributed to my good stools for 9 years now and a healthy colon. I take two capsules at night and one in the morning.I have the approval of my physician to use this product.
