However in doing so, they also interfere with the body's production of C0Q10, necessary for your muscles to stay healthy and strong. I have read that the best supplement to take is a soft-gel type of C0Q10. I find this GNC product to be effective and easy to swallow. I notice no side effects. I love this product, my only complaint being how costly it is. However, Drugstore.com is the least expensive place I have found CoQ-10.
