Combined with the recommended items; this really does work for colds, flu, weak immune systems, older people, and infections that linger when antibiotics don't work. This caught my eye when I saw it on a Christian TV channel. I was boarder line on my blood pressure and doctor wanted to put me on medicine. Started taking coQ-10 and on my next visit my blood pressure was normal. I had bought one of those home blood pressure machines and noticed when I ran out of the product my blood pressure started creepy up. Quickly got back on them and now my pressure is normal again. Not sure if it will work for everyone but it did for me.

I had been on statins for years and had gotten all my cholesterol #'s where my Doc wanted them--except for the dratted LDL's--way too high. I learned on Dr Oz/Roizen website that in some people, statin drugs deplete the body of this enzyme--CO Q10 which affects LDL.I started taking CO Q10 and my next lab ck--all the sweet little numbers including LDL's were where they should be. My Doc was happy--I told her about CO Q10-she made a note. My cholesterol cks since then all :-)'s! the only negative--the darned price...way too $$$.

I take 200 mg daily, never less. When my husband started using it, his statin associated benign leg pain disappeared.
CoQ10 is safe, if a bit expensive. But you can find deals if you look.
