I bought this product after seeing an article on the great results for some knee problems. I was extremely skeptical and only did it because my knees were so bad. I felt like I was 80 when I was 50. I have had pain and increasingly limited ability due to my knees. I thought I was feeling better within the first day but thought it was all in my head. The next day I had 90% improvement in my knees! I went up and down the stairs 6 times in one day when I have only been able to go down the stairs each morning after getting up. So far I have not felt any side effects.

I tried these becasue using this product for diabetic care was advertised not by this company but another and those worked. These didn't so I would use Pycnogenol to reduce blood sugar, but not this product again.

I took this because I had read that it has helped many people with hot flashes and night sweates. I have been taking it for 3 weeks and have not noticed one single difference! Nothing has changed. Pycnogenol was very expensive.

I experienced terrible mood swings (like the worst PMS ever) after I started taking this supplement. The effect was cumulative. I tried taking it at night instead of the morning and that lessened the adverse side effect. I then stopped taking the supplement altogether and I'm back to my normally happy self. I wouldn't recommend this product.
