I have been a Pycnogynol user for more than 15 years. I found out about it from an Alternative Health newsletter as a good product for anything that ails you...I especially began taking it for an enlarged prostate and I could tell a difference within just days. I have never had prostate problems since. Pycnogynol is an anti-oxident supposedly 50 times stronger than Vit E and 20 times stronger than Vit C and comes from the bark of a southern pine tree in Eastern NC and the South of France (I've been told).
I take 2 to 4 per day and feel that it also helps for fighting infection, disease, the common cold and is good for strengthening the heart, blood vessels and circulation. Doctors tell me my heart is strong and that I have the blood pressure of a teen ager...I am 54 years old. I highly recommend this product for every adult

I take it twice daily and it really seems to make a difference when i do no t take itl It is recommended for strengthening cell walls. Since my vision problems result from weak and leaking capulary eclls, it really seems to help my vision.
