The previous reviews basically have it right. It doesn't mix very well UNLESS you are taking it as you should--right after a workout combined with a protein powder (whey isolate, ideally) and sugar (maltose, ideally). It mixes just fine in that concoction. It's only when you take it on its own with water that it gets gritty and sinks to the bottom of the glass.

Other than that, creatine is a great supplement. It builds explosive strength, builds mass, and has been shown safe through numerous studies. I recommend it.

It's pretty grainy and doesn't dissolve very well compared to the micronized stuff. Mixing it in a glass of water doesn't really work. I just have to dump the scoop in my mouth and drink water otherwise it all just sits on the bottom of the glass. But it's a good value.

This stuff works so well its like cheatiing. First time I have ever tried a suppliment at age 43. I've been weight lifting since 14 and have never put on so much mass or felt as good. Felt like I was back in colledge..

I used to take Prolabs equivalent product. It would mix quite well with luke warm water and wouldn't taste too funny if I remember correctly. This doesn't mix well with warm or warmer water and it tastes bitter. I can't tell if the other stuff wasn't good enough and this is the real deal or if this just tastes bad... Make your own choice.

I have congestive heart failure and have found that by taking Creatine I am strengthening my heart. The heart is just a muscle after all. I can now walk up to two miles a day. Creatine has made a difference in my overall strength. I take other supplements as well, but I would recommend Creatine to anyone who wants to improve their overall muscular strength.

This mix is flavorless as advertised, but does NOT blend easily with liquids. In fact, it does not dissolve in liquid AT ALL. You'll have to stir your drink briskly, then drink it down while the gritty mix is still swirling around. I hope they improve the formula, otherwise I'll stick with the tablets.

I have been using this product off and on for the last seven years. I have tried everything else; effervescent creatine, liquid creatine, Cell Tech, Ultimate Orange... and a few others. This product works the best by far. Before I started using it, I weighed 159 pounds and my max bench was 240. After four months of taking creatine and working out four times a week, I weighed 182 pounds, and my max bench went up to 300! This product is only useful if you are lifting weights, though. It is not very beneficial for aerobic or stamina programs.

I didn't expierience water weight, but did boost my energy a little bit, and it does help with your recovery time. Didn't taste bad at all if you have a little bit of water in your mouth-- then spoon it and wash it down. Overall, a good product
