    If you're serious about your weight training, you'll be serious about using glutamine. It has helped me reach my exercise goals and more. I have been using glutamine (on the advice of my personal trainer) for about 3 years. I like how my body (muscles) are able to recover, and make gains in strength. A must for those who want to see changes and results from their workouts.
