They grew very fast and very strong. I would recommend this to ANY women who have been concerned about their skin. And do not let the word oil freak you out. These are good oils that are absorbed by your body as nutrients; they will benefit you so much! I have noticed such a change. I wasted my money by buying 2 bottles for my parents. They said these new packaging salmon oil has no result at all to their health. They still have the original made in USA, and they can tell the different after they take it for 1 week.  Pros

My husband has problems swallowing large pills and this one was too big for him. Liked that it is gluten free and soy free. A lot of Omega 3's use soy as a preservative. I couldn't find the source of the salmon oil but if it does not say on the label, I assume it is from farmed fish. Price here is always competitive. I also use this as a supplement for my dogs. Pros
