The softgels are slim but bigger than I was expecting. Don't be afraid, they go down easily. I'm still working on the right timing and their overall impact to my workouts or my BMI. The key is to stick with and be consistent. Pros

Comments about GNC Total Lean CLA, Softgel Capsules, 90 ea: I have been taking this for two weeks now- 2 pills a day. Plus I run 3 times a week = 18 miles. This is clearly working, especially around my middle area. Even with running I still had love handles that would not reduce at all. Now I have a waist again. I am amazed at how effective this is. I gave it 4 stars because the pills are enormous- almost too hard to swallow. Displaying reviews 1-6
