Shake well before serving. Mix 4 fl. oz. of Pre-Diet Cleanse with 4 fl. oz. cold water, drink slowly four times per day between meals. For best results during this 48 hour cleanse, consume fruits, vegetables, clear soups and gelatin. Try to limit sugars, fried and processed foods. Drink plenty of water and caffeine-free teas throughout the day.

Refrigerate after opening. Store in a cool, dry place.
