I started taking since early 2000 when it was first introduced to me. I jogged and quick walk. My knees are without 'crushing' pain now. Negative is that it can cause itch if you are allergic to seafood.

Prior to taking this, my wife had to take prescription pain medication, daily, for her arthritic knees. Since using this, she rarely needs to take any pain medication. For myself, prior to using this, I was taking 600 mg of ibuprofen a couple times a day and my ankles still caused me to hobble around. Now, I no longer take the ibuprofen and I rarely notice any pain in my ankles.

I use a coffee bean grinder to powder this tablet to add to fruit/soymilk smoothy. The tablet is much too hard to be properly absorbed otherwise. One 240 size bottle provides 80 days of supplements. If you get dosage in powder form,, 21 days would cost you half the price of 80 days of tablet form.

She had joints pains for a while. so it started to take Triflex.
I know glucosamin effects are controversal.
Some people think it is not effective, but I believe that
it could help to build up tissues or tendons at least.

I bought this product for my mom since she was complaint about the pain of her hand and finger for years. After one month, the pain's gone and she gets strength to hold thing. Because this produce is expensive, I switched to buy other similar but cheaper product from other company for my mom. It's useless. The pain came back again. I decided I would never switch no matter how expensive there are. Mom deserves the best.

I tripped over my dog more than ten years ago and broke my hand. I was not aware it was broken and so did not consult a doctor. When arthritis set ion, being a keyboard musician, I knew I was in trouble. I could barely open my right hand. On someone's recommendation, I began using Triflex and within two months was pain free. I have been taking it since and remain pain free even though my doctor says I now have arthritis in the heels of both hands.
