My mom made us take Cod Liver oil when I was a child. And back then it didn't come in gel caps (yuck)! I am now 47 yrs of age and my doctor told me I have the blood pressure of an 18 year old. Cod Liver Oil is also a natural form of Vitamin D which is good for overall health including breast health. I would recommend this product to everyone.
I use 3 softgels a day... The standard GNC cod liver oil softgels work well also, but it's nice to get the extra nutrition with these triple pills, too! AND, it really helps that there is currently a sale on GNC products.
