Lecithin is a good supplement for nerve/brain health. GNC always does well in all it produces, and this product is very good.

i've been taking this label lecithin now for about 7 mos.
i have noticed and improvement in my processing of fats.
(less indigestion)

Lecithin is an emulsifier that helps break down fat. Some women in their teens and 20's loose the natural ability to break down fats 'lipo-lipase deficiency'. But most doctors treat the end result only, the diarrhea and cramping. This product has been a life saver to me. I take 2-8 with every meal depending on how much fat is in the meal. I now do not get the cramping and diarrhea. My husband has even taken 2 with some high fat meals that give him issues and has found it helps him too.

This won't make you skinny or anything but if your body has troubles with high fat meals try a couple with the meal. It just helps break down the fat so your small intestine doesn't have to work overtime which creates the cramping. I am not in the medical field but worked with a dietitian to discover how Lecithin could help me and the GNC product is more potent than other brands I have tried so I was able to cut down the amount.
