I've been taking these for many years, and have no trouble with them at all. I like the timed-release formula, and they are easy to swallow. The pink color is nice too.

I like a lot of GNC productsk but this is NOT one. Nature Made has a better product: it's smaller, easier to swallow, and just as effective.
