I have a spastic colon (since 16) and Rose Hips Vit C is very kind to my stomach. No pain whatsoever. Not true with ascorbic acid. I also have several auto immune health issues and take 3,000 units per day. I like it that this Vit C is water soluable and does not build up granules in my system.

I take two a day (morning and evening). I take it for overall general health and find that I have fewer colds.

I like the idea of high dose vitamin C in an extended release formula. Maybe this keeps the majority of the dose from being excreted right away.

I take this with my Iron pills. It works MUCH better than other Vitamin C pills because I think it digests easier.

These are the best vitamin C tablets I've tried. Although they are large, they are easy to swallow because of their smooth coating. Most other C tablets are gritty and hard to swallow no matter how small they are, but not these! Also, they contain rose hips and bioflavanoids and are timed-release. Excellent!!
