Before using this product I got a cold every change of season. At least 4 a year. Feeling achy, runny nose, cough, and just awful for a week or two. Two different surgeons recommended this to me at different times. The 1`st said to take 1 every day about three weeks prior to surgury to lessen bruising and it worked. The second said to take 1 every day to prevent colds and it sure works. I haven't had a cold in 5 years. My husband won't take it every day so he still gets them, but he will take it then, 1 in the morning and 1 at night, and his cold is gone in 3 days or less. It will not do much with a flu, but will build up your resistance to it. The only time I'm sick now is when I forget to take it when im on vacation for a week or longer. I was never before a believer in vitamins, but this time- released product has made a believer out of me!!!

Try it, it;s inexpensive, easy, and and 1 bottle will last me 6 months, or 51/2 months if my husband gets a cold. Well worth a try to see if it works for you too!!!!
