So, I have had an increasing problem with thinning hair. TERRIBLE problem for a lady. A bit worse i feel for one with very dark hair and a very white scalp! So, I've tried a few hair skin nails supplements over the years and they've not done much for me. Possibly due to the fact that for one reason or another I didn't stick with them. Mainly because a lot of supplements make me queasy.

This formula doesn't! I've been taking it for a couple of months and definitely noticed less shedding ...that was noticable after a couple of weeks. (I just began my second bottle, so I'm not sure how many weeks I am into taking it). What I am MOST EXCITED about is that now I'm actually noticing some hair REGROWTH! As in my hair is filling back in. Well, knock me over with a feather. YAY!

I am also taking a biotin supplement (10k mcg) each day with this formula because it doesn't contain any biotin. I don't think it could be the biotin alone that is making the difference. I'm not going to stop taking either of them with results like this! (Bonus, biotin is pretty inexpensive)

I've also stepped up my water consumption, I make sure I drink at least a gallon a day. It makes it easier if I put a pitcher of water out for myself in the morning and float a couple of orange slices in it to make it a little tastier. I aim to empty that picther by bed time. Any water I have during the day tha is out of the house (and not from the pitcher) is a bonus!

My nails are a bit stronger too, they had been peeling but are back to what was my "normal" several years ago, strong and healthy. I don't have any skin concerns that needed to be addressed, so I can't comment on the performance there.

I definitely recommend this product.

I take one pill a day, which is much better than the three a day most other nail pills instruct to use. I love my nails now.

ive been using it for a week and i can say its very effective, my hair looks healthier than ever, and my skin feels so smooth and my nails are stronger :) i just love it so much i wanna marry it :) higly recommended!

I used these for 4 months and then couldn't fine them at drugstore.com. So I switched to GNC Women Hair, Skin and Nail. Well after two months I'm back looking for the GNC Well-being be-Beautiful. My nails have gone back to brittle and my hair if falling out more rapidly. I hope I don't have trouble finding these again. I'm going to stock up.

I took this supplement for 60 days. I figured by the end of the bottle I'd have my verdict and I do.
My skin is the same, my nails are still weak, my hair hasn't changed in the least. The only thing I believe changed was my nails seem to be growing a bit faster.
I don't really care about my nails growing faster because they are brittle and chip off.

I guess the hunt continues.

I have ethnic hair and this product is great for keeping my hair, skin and nails healthy from the inside out. With a healthy diet, this product works. My hair is strong and healthy. Especially good for women in deployed environments, like Afghanistan.

I have been taking these pills/supplements for about 2 weeks now. So far I am thoroughly impressed! I got these to help my hair grow ut faster after a short bob haircut. The one thing I noticed right away, was that my fingernails were growing MUCH more faster than normal! And my nails already grow fast. So if you are looking to take these for stronger nails and to grow them out faster, then DEFINATELY get these pills! :-) My hair as grown about a quarter of an inch within the 2 weeks I've been taking these (I know this for sure because of my roots. I bleached my hair the same day I started taking these). I really haven't noticed any changes in my skin yet. I guess it might be too early to tell for that. I do have acne, and I can say that it did not make it worse (some reviews said that this pill would).

The only bad thing about these pills/supplements is that they taste TERRIBLE!!!! Gross gross gross!! That is the only bad thing about these things!!

Overall, I really like this pill! I'm glad I got it during GNC's buy one, get one 50% off sale. I got the 60-day supply of pills and then the 60-day supply of the chewable ones too. Hope those don't taste as bad as these pills!!

I actually started using this product hoping to make my hair a little thicker but I haven't seen any change in my hair or skin. What I have seen is a tremendous change in my nails. I've never had long, hard nails until I started using these vitamins and now I have great nails. I love my nails now and use these vitamins on a daily basis for that reason only. Maybe in time, they will help my hair and skin as well but it only took about 2 months for my nails to grow out and look really nice.

I have very oily skin. Since I have started taking this, my face in no way as oily as it used to be. I also have very dry hair. My hair is now more manageable and soft. Great product!

This product is a an "awesome" suppliment. they glides easily not chaulky or large if you have trouble swallowing. It has done wonders to my skin more softer, smoother feeling and as for my nails they grow fast and strong, its been difficult for my nails to grow in the past but now they have grown and feel good about their apprearance, my lashes have grown too. Since I don't use masacara they look like I do wear mascara, that please's me. I have been taking these for 6 months to a year! I will continue to take them everyday. The bottle instructs to take two a day but I take one daily. One is good enough for me.
