I take 2 Vitamins daily, one in the morning and the other at lunch or with dinner. To me, it tastes like a Starburst candy, so I like it and it goes down easily. Within the first couple of weeks I noticed the skin on my face was a little more supple/smooth, maybe that is hydration. My hair stopped falling at first and after about 6 months, it's back to the thickness I had, when I was in my 20's. I'm very happy with this product, I recommend to all my friends, they noticed that my hair looks great so I tell them what I use. I am lucky and have always had very good nails, so I can't say I've noticed tremendous improvement there, mabye now they peel a little less.
I wish I had studied the ingredients more before I purchased. This product is overloaded with sugar (it's the first ingredient listed) and other sweeteners. With all the current research showing how damaging sugar is for the skin, why would a product that's supposed to help your skin be so full of sugar?
I have been taking these occasionally for about 3 months, in which time my hair grew about 4 inches..People have been remarking on the length and texture too!
