Right off I noticed that the fish oil pills were poor quality, resulting in "fishy burps". I recently broke one open and the fishy smell was overwhelming. Disgusting-GNC is having us swallow rancid fish oil! Then I looked closer at the ingredients, somthing I neglected before. All the pills have mica in them to give them a shimmery apperance. I'd rather have plain pills then ingest mica. I gave it 2 stars because some of the pills are good. I'll go elsewhere for them though because there is no need for the mica. Comments about GNC WELLbeING be-Wholesome, Health & Beauty Vitapak Dietary Supplement for Women, 30 ea: this is a great pack of vitamins - i've noticed a real change in my body in terms of energy level, my workouts, and my appearance. my nails and hair look great and are growing faster. i'm usually really bad about taking pills on a regular basis, but i just take them every morning with my GNC leanshake (which is also an awesome product), so it's become a routine. the only reason i said they are difficult to swallow is because there's a bunch of them, so i separate them into two handfuls. there's a fishy after taste about 15-20 min after taking them when i burp (they make me burp a little bit), which is the only other "con" i could think of. but it's nothing disgusting and it goes away with eating something. i'll definitely be buying these vitamin packs again. I was reluctant at first because I am not very good at taking pills and because when I do, I never see results; however, with these pills I can see a noticible difference, and for the better!!! My hair and nails are stronger and growing at an alarming rate (as if I were alarmed), and my skin looks great! I have more energy and am surprisingly resilient when I have a hard work out. I am so satisfied with this product, that I had to buy another pack...it's great! A little pricey though, but worth every penny!!! Pros

I'm not yet sure of the results, I've been taking this for about two weeks, but I'm glad to have a simple vitamin regimen. I am a little concerned that not even the fish oil pill is in liquid form, that's a little strange. But I know nothing of the manufacture of vitamins so I may be way off base. Pros
