It started to worry me more, because who wants to lose their hair at 16? Anyways, so I read the reviews listed here and decided that it was worth trying. I knew beforehand that I had a biotin deficiency and the fact that this has 1000% Daily Value of biotin made me purchase it. Its great! I've only used it a week but I can tell my nails are harder (I'm also a nailbiter and they were soft before this product) and whenever I straighten my hair I can tell its grown longer. My sister even noticed. And my hair has stopped falling out. This product is definately worth your money. VS Most Liked Negative Review Did the formula change? I think the formula changed because I was very impressed then but not now. Also I noticed the dosage changed from 4 large pills down to 2 smaller pills so what did they take out. I saw very little growth from hair and my nails remained short and brittle. It's great to have smaller pills to swallow but not when the effectiveness changes. Currently taking biotin, msm and fish oil. Comments about GNC Women's Hair, Skin & Nails Formula, Caplets, 120 ea: I used to use Ultra Nourish Hair which I thought was working well until I read an article on my favorite beauty blog called FutureDerm recommending this product to help grow your hair & nails faster. I'm determined to have healthy hair & nails, as I dye my hair and have ALWAYS had really thin nails with a lot of ridges. The Ultra Nourish Hair had filled in the ridges some, but after just 10 days on this product, my hair and nails look MUCH better than they ever did on Ultra Nourish Hair. My nails are growing SO fast! Don't hesitate to try it, you won't be disappointed.

Only go the the salon for a treat to get them painted. LOVE when people ask if they are mine! I keep my sister supplied too.

I was grasping at straws when I bought this figuring it wouldn't work. It didn't work miricales but my hair is much healthier after the month of using these and it has grown a little over a half an inch so I'm happy with that. My nails, which I wasn't even concerned about have stopped breaking and are now long and strong. I'm going to continue taking this as my daily vitamin because the ingredients are fantastic in this. Yes, they taste nasty, swallow them fast but they are easy on the stomach. I take them without food all the time and no problems. Bottom line, I highly recommend these for nails and hair growth. Comments about GNC Women's Hair, Skin & Nails Formula, Caplets, 120 ea: I have been taking the GNC Women's Hair, Skin & Nails formula for about two months. Normally, I have dry skin with a tendency for eczema on my arms and legs, sometimes even my face. Since I take this vitamin, my skin has vastly improved. I can't claim to be completely free of eczema all of the time as some of it comes and goes with the way my monthly cycle, but my overall skin health has definitely and tangibly improved. My nails, chronically brittle, are free of strange ripples or lines and I they don't start falling apart immediately if I let them grow past their bed a bit. I keep my nails short and never use any nail polish, so I know for a fact that all changes to my nails come from within me. Hair ... to be honest, I don't know if my hair is better or not. Along with starting on these vitamins, I have also stopped using conditioner and only wash my hair with a mild shampoo. The vitamins definitely didn't do anything bad to my hair, so that's good. I know some reviewers like to complain about the smell of the pills. It is a bit stronger when the pill bottle is new. After opening it once a day over a couple of weeks, the smell gets very minimal. I also think that the smell comes from the herbal mix in the pills. It's not been a detractor to me at all. I tagged daily use above, but I actually take them about every other day because I change them up with the GNC branded vitamin of the same line, just the "Active" kind to give me a bit of extra pep on workout days. Only difference between both preparations are the herbal ingredients to achieve different results. I fully recommend these vitamins. I've used Kirkland vitamins and other store brands, but this GNC brand vitamin has proven to be the best for me.

Definitely a great value in this product.
