These vitamins are great, you have to take two also, but they sure make your nails hair grow, i've taken these for several years now, and all can say is that they have help my hair and nails grow, some people don't like taking two vitamins a day but these and the ultra mgea vitamins for women when taken togather are awsome.and i will continue taking them.

I used this product for two weeks. My skin broke out horribly on my face and my body as well. After getting out of the shower the tops of my arms and shoulders were splotchy red and burnt (I would assume from the niacin). I've never reacted that way to anything before. I personally just had a bad reaction, but be cautioned taking this product.
