It would be great to be able to get in one pill what it takes 4 of these vitamins to achieve, but no such thing seems to exist. After a great deal of research, this is the most comprehensive supplement and with a focus on bone health, that I've found. They are not hard to swallow, and the taste is comparable to other supplements. My diet is not ideal, so this product is worth the price and the minor inconvenience of two pills twice a day.

I don't agree with the negative reviews I've read thus far. I understand that I need to take 4 vitamins to get the maximum benefit of calcium absorption (not happy about it, but I get why it is I need to take 4 a day). The taste is fine particularly compared to some that taste more like horse pills, there is no aftertaste if you take these properly (not meant to be tasted anyways). There are no other comparable vitamins that I've found on the market that offer all the ingredients this vitamin does.

I was looking for a single tablet that would cover all or most of my vitamin needs at 50+ years and thought that I had found it in these vitamins. I should have read the "fine print". They are very expensive given that you have to take FOUR a day - thus a bottle only lasts one month. Even four of them doesn't cover the full vitamin need the my Dr. says I have at this age. They also have a weird sugary taste. Very disappointing. Won't buy again.

After buying this, my doctor told me the best calcium is citrate, not carbonate, because it is far superior in its ability to absorb. It is also more expensive. Most supplements say which kind of calcium it contains – but even with talking with a GNC representative, they could not tell me the percentage of citrate in their calcium, so I didn’t even finish this bottle.

These pills are coated with something that leaves a bad taste in my month. As you have to take four of them a day, I was constantly brushing my teeth to try and get rid of the awful aftertaste. These ended up in the thrash.
